Here at Affleck, we love the challenge of new projects. Whatever your ideas or dreams, we have the ability to make them a reality.
We offer a pre-contract service which involves our architects, surveyors, structural engineers and designers, to help you through the planning stage with no obligation.
The benefits of Affleck’s Design and Build service are clear. We are able to organise the whole process in-house so we can oversee every element of your project in detail. This means you can relax in the knowledge that every aspect is being dealt with, and simply sit back to watch your project unfold. We consult with you throughout and respond to any needs which arise along the way.
We believe good communication is key for the smooth running of a project. As such, we will assign a dedicated project manager to ensure excellent two-way communication and make sure you feel comfortable at all times.
From here our in house team will take over and bring your ideas and plans to life.
